1. Scope of these terms
1.1 These Website Terms of Use (the "Website Terms") govern access to and use of the website konfido.vip (the "Website"), operated by Konfido Ltd. No separate acceptance is required.
1.2 The Website Terms concern the Website only. The services that Konfido coordinates for its clients are governed by the Client Terms, the Client-specific Fee Schedule and, where applicable, the terms of the licensed partners that provide the regulated services. Those documents are provided to each client before acceptance and do not form part of the Website Terms.
1.3 Where the Website Terms and a document provided to a client conflict, the document provided to the client prevails for the relationship it governs.
2. Who we are
2.1 Konfido Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14478524, with its registered office at 30 Welbeck Street, London W1G 8ER, United Kingdom. Contact: info@konfido.vip.
2.2 Konfido Ltd is a relationship-led financial technology company for internationally active private clients, entrepreneurs, companies and structures. It is not a bank. Regulated services are provided by licensed partners under the applicable terms. Service availability depends on client profile, provider eligibility and product activation.
2.3 Konfido Ltd is the United Kingdom company behind konfido.vip. It is not affiliated with similarly named businesses in other countries.
3. Information on the Website
3.1 The Website is provided for general information about Konfido and the way it works with its clients.
3.2 Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice, and nothing on the Website is an offer, a solicitation or a recommendation to enter into any transaction.
3.3 Nothing on the Website is a promise that an account will be opened or that a service will be made available. Every application is reviewed individually and remains subject to the formal checks of the relevant licensed partner. No approval is automatic and none is promised.
3.4 Representations of the Konfido platform on the Website are illustrative and use sample data. Services and interface availability vary according to client profile, provider eligibility and product activation.
3.5 Case descriptions on the Website are based on client work. Identifying details have been changed and the outcomes described do not indicate the outcome of any other case.
3.6 Konfido takes reasonable care to keep the content of the Website accurate and current, but does not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment.
4. Use of the Website
4.1 You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law, that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Website, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
4.2 You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the servers on which it is stored or any connected system, and you must not use automated means to extract data from the Website in a manner that affects its availability.
4.3 The client login made available through the Website leads to a platform governed by its own terms. Access to that platform is reserved to registered clients.
5. Contact form
5.1 The contact form on the Website allows you to describe your situation so that a person at Konfido can reply in writing. The information you send is processed to respond to your request, as described in the Privacy Notice.
5.2 Please do not include passwords, identity documents, account credentials or other sensitive data in the contact form. Documents are requested only once a conversation has started, through the channel indicated by your point of contact.
5.3 Sending the contact form does not create a client relationship and does not oblige Konfido to provide any service.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 All content on the Website, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, diagrams and the Konfido name, is owned by or licensed to Konfido Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may view, download and print content from the Website for your personal or internal business use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires the prior written consent of Konfido Ltd.
7. Third-party links
7.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including the websites of licensed partners, public registers and professional networks. Konfido does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. You access them at your own risk.
8. Availability and warranties
8.1 The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Konfido does not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses or other harmful components.
8.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, Konfido excludes all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the Website and its content, whether express or implied.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Konfido Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, the Website or its content.
9.2 Nothing in the Website Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9.3 If you are a consumer, the Website Terms do not affect the statutory rights that you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
10. Privacy and complaints
10.1 Personal data collected through the Website is processed as described in the Privacy Notice, available on the Website.
10.2 Complaints about the Website or about Konfido are handled as described in the Complaints page, available on the Website.
11. Changes
11.1 Konfido may change the Website and may update the Website Terms from time to time. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page. Changes apply from the moment they are published on the Website.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
12.1 The Website Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with the use of the Website are governed by the law of England and Wales.
12.2 The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any such dispute. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and the courts of that country where the law so provides.
